Always a new range of wines and a beer called \u201cHuman Fish\u201d. A must try \u2013 everything, again and again. Even vegan sandwiches are available, a welcome rarity in Maribor. <\/p>\n

\nYou will find it on the corner of Postna, in wood and pillows. The owner has managed to capture the true nature of England in \u201chis\u201d Living room where among many beverages typical English breakfast is served. If you are looking for a chair in the sun with the best beer from Prague, or you just wish to chit-chat on a comfortable sofa, then do not hesitate and enter your Living room.<\/p>\n

Satchmo Jazz Club<\/h6>\n

\nThe first and still the only jazz club in Maribor is no longer a sanctuary reserved only for the lov-ers of jazz. Swing nights, student parties, Erasmus students’ meetings and different DJs will satis-fy everyone’s music taste in the basement with the longest opening hours or, during the sunnier half of the year, in the courtyard in front of the Maribor Art Gallery. Numerous music legends that performed here in over a decade of the club’s operation have put Maribor on the map of jazz cities, rich selection of beer and whiskey from all around the globe on the party map for many locals and other fans of exquisite drinks and music combination. <\/p>\n

\nA pleasant nook in the very heart of the town, on the Slom\u0161ek Square (Slom\u0161kov trg), which most people pass during the day. If you are a buff for morning coffee or small beer to calm the nerves, this is definitely the place to go to. The writings on the fa\u00e7ade promise a nice summer garden in the inner-courtyard that will convincingly mask the fact that you are in Maribor’s centre. To get to the garden you must pass the arch next to the bar. In the summer, you can seek pleasure under the sunshade with a drink in your hand, and in the winter the inviting interior calls. Even the toilets will make you think that you are at home or at a friend’s house and not in a town bar.<\/p>\n

Fuego Latino Club<\/h6>\n

\nWhen you fell like dancing, you can shake it to Latin rhythms at Fuego. There’s a good chance that you will find yourself in the company of a Spanish gentleman or lady, since this is a popular meeting place for exchange students. You can choose form various cocktails that will keep you dancing ’till the break of dawn. Fuego is one of a few places where you can party all night even during the week. <\/p>\n
